The Biggest Model Railroad Layout in HO Scale with more than 200 Model Trains made by Marklin

This model train layout was built at the end of the 1990's. At that time, it was the largest model railway layout in the world with more than 700 square meters of exhibition space. Today, this HO scale model railroad layout is still one of the largest exhibition made by Marklin.

On the whole railroad display, there are 200 trains and more than 3,000 passenger cars and freight cars in use. Also, there are 4,100 meters of railway tracks with 356 waypoints and crossings as well as 290 railway signals. Please, note the mountains up to three meters in height.
